The summer minor and certificate programs in Digital Humanities(link is external) at Berkeley create and facilitate digitally driven research and pedagogy on campus.
DH’s grants, consultations, courses, and summer institute allow faculty and students to integrate digital tools into humanist practice. Established with generous funding from the Mellon Foundation, Digital Humanities at Berkeley promotes the thoughtful application of digital technology to knowledge creation, updating the critical skill set and professional horizons of a liberal arts education. A summer minor for undergraduates(link is external), and a certification in Digital Humanities for non-UC Berkeley students, were established in summer 2018.
